This is an impressive six-course meal beginning with Cod with Black Truffle, Wild Kampachi with Winter Citrus, Baked Lobster and Scallop Cannelloni with Lobster Sauce. The entree is a Seafood Stew with monkfish, squid, clams, mussels, and fennel, Schiacciata flatbread, and finally Bûche De Noël for dessert.
