This year Easter takes place on April 4. While LA County officials are now allowing indoor dining, albeit, at a 25 percent capacity level, many restaurants are offering their Easter offering to-go. Redbird has several outdoor dining areas running in full swing. For Easter, Chef Neal Fraser will prepare a two-course prix fixe Easter brunch featuring a number of different delicious items. Some of the amazing starters include Kaya Toast with coconut custard, soy caramel, spicy cashew, and a Scotch Egg made with duck sausage, mustard frill, roasted shallot confit.
The entrees are impressive. They include Ricotta Cavatelli with wild boar sugo, English peas, marjoram, fiore sardo, and a Fritatta stuffed with Maine lobster, maitake mushrooms, scallions, and sichuan chili, and a Duck Confit Chilaquiles with avocado, fried egg draped in a mole sauce. Price is $60 per person, children 10 and under $19.

In addition to Parkway Grill’s regular menu, they will feature additional specials such as Lobster Salad with persian cucumbers, mango, green & yellow wax beans, pickled onions, and tossed in a lemongrass vinaigrette, Marinated Prime Hanger Steak and Eggs with roasted fingerlings, Brioche French Toast with market fruit salad and maple syrup.
