Hi All.
Is there a way to add a theme that you only want the main site to be allowed use ?
The reason is i've paid for a great theme.. and the license is only for 1 site ( my main site ) and i don't want everyone that signs up to the free blog ( multisite ) be able to use it.
Is this possible ?
thanks.

Hi there and welcome to the WPMU DEV Community for WordPress Support!
Sure thing, it's possible! Even if you're using ProSites, you can enable a theme for any site you wish manually. In your case, you can append this string to your domain
/wp-admin/network/site-themes.php?id=1
and you'll see a list of all the themes. You can choose which theme you want, click Enable, and when you go to the Themes section of your site (/wp-admin/themes.php), you will see it as available to select as your Active theme.
By changing the ID in the above string, you could do the same for any site on your network. If you don't have the theme network activated and in ProSites it's set to None, then by this method, the only one that will even know the theme is installed on the network will be administrators of your main site.
Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
Cheers,
Paul
